These Terms of Service ("Terms") concerning the use of the website https://sumodir.com/ (the "Site") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and SumoDir ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Description of Service

SumoDir is a software directory and submission service. Users can submit their projects for listing ("Submission"). We offer free and paid listing options.

2. Paid Services & Refunds

We offer optional paid services to expedite the review process or provide additional SEO benefits (e.g., "Basic" and "Pro" plans).

• Payments: All payments are processed via our third-party provider, Polar. We do not store your credit card information.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service (instant review/publishing or content creation), we maintain a strict no-refund policy once the service has been delivered (e.g., listing published or article written). However, if you believe there has been an error or technical issue, please contact us at hello@sumodir.com to discuss a resolution.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
